Mr. Srinivas Murthy – General Manager – Training

Mr. Srinivas Murthy  is a well recognized spa & wellness training professional with over 18 years of experience in the Spa & wellness sector. He is a qualified practitioner and training expert in Ayurveda, Yoga, Spa & aesthetic therapies, Certified by National & Inter National Institutes and Academies.  Have Completed CIDESCO (Beauty & Spa) & CIBTAC (Electrical Treatments).

Mr. Murthy’s work experience includes setting up And Pre opening of spas of high-end five star hotel spas in multiple hotel chains such as, Kempinski, Marriott, and Westin, Starwood hotels, IHG and also day spas.

And also started Spa and Beauty Academies for Private and Government organizations.

Now Mr. Murthy now focusing on the both national and International hotel chains to set up and up grading the spa services and also setting up academies. As General Manager of training Sohum spas he has grown Sohum Spas to be the one of the most customer centric spa services place. Sohum spas has offered training  to hotels such as Westin, Starwood hotels, IHG, etc as well as to many day spa chains such as Four Fountains, Myrah and Sterling spas. Sohum spas have also worked with spa companies such as Babor, Thalgo, Phytomer, Remy laure, Oligodermie, Pevoia and Dermalogica.

Under Mr. Murthy’s initiative Sohum has tie ups with government of Sikkim and Manipur where in over one thousand youngsters have been trained to become spa therapists and managers. Sohum trained staff are now working in several reputed international hotel chains, cruise ships and clubs spreading the message of wellness of mind body and spirit.
